Mechanical Site Supervisor – Lead Crew in Coquitlam

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead our crew on high‑quality mechanical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will report to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager and ensure every job meets safety, quality, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work aligns with company standards and client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Foremen and site staff, promoting safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Review project drawings for code compliance and material efficiency during pre‑planning.
• Collaborate with the safety team to enforce a strong safety culture on‑site.
• Complete required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and communicate solutions to all stakeholders.
• Represent the company at site meetings and work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction.
• Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (plumbing, gas fitting, etc.).
• Experience with high‑rise residential construction is an asset.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
