Mechanical Project Coordinator (Kelowna)

About the role

Join Wildstone Construction in Kelowna as a Mechanical Project Coordinator, supporting the Mechanical team from project start‑up through close‑out. You will handle administrative, documentation and logistics tasks on mechanical scopes, ensuring the right information is always available to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage submittals, change orders and RFIs, and distribute shop drawings.
• Coordinate procurements and logistics to supply the mechanical team with needed materials and equipment.
• Communicate regularly with project partners, site teams, trade partners and vendors.
• Monitor progress on‑site, address issues promptly, and keep the Mechanical Team Lead informed.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Outbuild and other platforms to track workflow and documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to pivot with changing priorities and stay organized.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through until tasks are completed.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Junior‑level experience as an MEP coordinator, project administrator, recent mechanical engineering graduate, or Red Seal tradesperson.
