About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in aircraft propulsion and drive systems. The role involves leading design and integration efforts while collaborating with multidisciplinary aerospace teams to ensure robust, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead propulsion and drive system architecture, design, and integration activities.
• Develop and evaluate rotor, propeller, rotor hub, and mechanical drive systems.
• Perform and guide fatigue, fracture, durability, and structural analysis.
• Support propulsion testing, flight test activities, and system validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams.
• Experience guiding fatigue, fracture, durability, and structural analysis.
• Background supporting propulsion testing, flight test activities, and system validation.
