Material Handler – Fly‑in/Fly‑out – Day Shift

About the role

This full‑time, permanent position is based in a remote camp in Canada and follows a 7‑on/7‑off fly‑in/fly‑out schedule. You will join a fast‑paced warehouse team, handling the movement, tracking and safety of goods that support large‑scale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, pack, ship and receive materials across the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, product staging, auditing and inventory cycle counting.
• Maintain warehouse documentation such as picking sheets, returns and shipping records.
• Support automated packing systems and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow strict safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial material‑handling experience (asset).
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and able to adapt to a 7‑on/7‑off schedule.
