Marketing Specialist – Webinars (14‑Month Contract)

About the role
Join Safe Software’s Demand Generation team as a Marketing Specialist focused on webinars. You will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of live and pre‑recorded webinars for a global audience, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive engagement and qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a quarterly webinar calendar aligned with company priorities and audience interests.
- Plan and execute webinars, handling scheduling, speaker coordination, hosting introductions, and live Q&A moderation.
- Create webinar assets such as briefs, slide decks, graphics, titles, and descriptions.
- Partner with Community, Marketing Communications, and Creative Services to promote webinars via newsletters, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Prepare Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) reports and provide performance insights for sales follow‑up.
- Analyze conversion rates, identify improvement opportunities, and repurpose recordings for future content.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting on camera and moderating virtual events.
- Self‑starter who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate across time zones.
