Marketing Product Manager – Lancôme Make-up & Fragrance

About the role

As a Marketing Product Manager for Lancôme Make-up & Fragrance, you will own the end‑to‑end product marketing lifecycle for an iconic portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape launch strategies, drive performance analysis, and ensure the brand’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute launch plans, promotional strategies, pricing, and go‑to‑market approaches for new products.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including code creation, SKU rationalisation, and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor sales data, market trends and campaign effectiveness to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply‑chain and activation teams to ensure flawless execution and accurate forecasting.
