Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead the delivery of stakeholder requests across customer communication campaigns, internal and external marketing initiatives, social media, creative design, events and operational support for the Toronto Transit Commission. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, this temporary role (up to 12 months) focuses on establishing efficient processes, ensuring quality, and driving productivity within the Marketing and Customer Experience department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve marketing processes and operational discipline.
• Manage internal customer service requests and track work across the department.
• Implement quality‑assurance measures and oversee departmental workload management.
• Track, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing projects.
• Provide training, development and guidance to staff and stakeholders.
• Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing stakeholder requests for marketing campaigns, social media, creative design, events and operational support.
• Strong ability to research, develop, implement and refine processes and quality‑assurance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with IT and Procurement to implement integrated software solutions for request management and work tracking.
• Demonstrated expertise in KPI tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication.
