Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Procurify is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to enable a high‑performing marketing organization through systems, data, and process optimization. You will partner with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing and Revenue teams to make campaigns measurable, scalable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, tracking and documentation.
• Maintain and improve lead lifecycle processes, including capture, scoring, routing and nurture programs.
• Monitor funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks and drive improvements from MQL to SQL and pipeline contribution.
• Provide attribution analysis and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline impact.
• Administer and optimize Marketo, Salesforce CRM and Intercom, ensuring proper integration and data consistency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations or similar roles within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth tech environment.
• Hands‑on experience supporting campaign execution, demand generation and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable, automated solutions.
