eBay is seeking a highly analytical, customer‑focused Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven strategies for its US customer segment. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, customer experience, and business strategy, turning insights into actionable marketing initiatives that improve customer health and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer performance metrics, engagement health, and health indicators to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end campaigns, from concept and requirement gathering to performance assessment.
• Develop benchmark definitions and A/B test frameworks to measure initiative efficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer, managing partner requests and coordinating cross‑functional dependencies.
• Communicate findings through data visualization and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, consulting, CRM, or multi‑channel communications.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer lifecycle strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to senior audiences.
