About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our adult and pediatric tube‑feeding portfolio across Canada. You will shape brand experiences for healthcare professionals and patients, driving growth through innovative, omnichannel initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute 18‑month Integrated Commercial Plans and 3‑year Market Business Strategies for the tube‑feeding portfolio.
- Translate patient, caregiver and HCP insights into compelling brand strategies and value propositions.
- Drive margin‑enhanced market‑share growth measured by NNS, organic growth, contribution and share.
- Lead PFME deployment, ensuring strong ROI and efficient resource allocation.
- Co‑create a 5‑year Innovation & Renovation plan and oversee launch excellence.
- Design and launch integrated omnichannel campaigns for HCPs and patients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital & eCommerce, and global teams.
- Define and manage pricing and promotion strategies across institutional, community, DTC and reimbursement channels.
- Act as strategic brand owner, influencing cross‑functional teams without direct reports.
Required profile
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, consumer health, OTC or other regulated categories.
- University degree in Business, Marketing or a science‑related field; MBA or healthcare background is a plus.
- Strong command of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, brand planning, integrated communications).
