About the role
We are seeking a qualified academic to join our faculty and lead courses that explore the role of marketing in managerial decision‑making. The position focuses on applying marketing theories and concepts to analyse and solve competitive challenges faced by organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and assess undergraduate or graduate courses on marketing management.
- Integrate real‑world case studies to illustrate strategic marketing analysis.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic program improvement.
- Engage in scholarly research or professional activities relevant to the discipline.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees and community outreach.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level is an asset.
- Professional experience in business, board service or active involvement in professional associations within the past five years.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Application of marketing theories to competitive analysis.
