Marketing Intern – Brand Marketing

About the role

Join Coty’s Canadian Prestige Marketing team as a Marketing Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in brand visual creation, campaign support, and high‑impact projects within the beauty industry.

Key responsibilities

• Create brand visuals and design assets for campaigns, launches, and social media.
• Support campaign execution by coordinating sampling, events, and influencer activations.
• Lead trend research, manage budgets, and drive creative initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and agency teams to produce in‑store and online marketing materials.
• Project‑manage retailer experiences, buying shows, and training events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure aligned marketing objectives.
• Analyse trends and consumer data to identify opportunities.
• Handle inventory requests, material orders, and related administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic sensibility and beauty trends.
• Desirable experience in CPG or prestige/luxury brands.
