Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join Zavida Coffee Company. In this hybrid role you will support the launch of new coffee products, coordinate trade shows and industry events, and assist with marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate trade shows, conferences, consumer events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and execute all event logistics, including registration, booth setup, promotional materials, product samples, shipping, travel arrangements and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define event objectives, lead‑generation strategies and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, presentations and promotional assets for events and product launches.
• Support product commercialization initiatives and day‑to‑day marketing project coordination, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners such as Product Development, Quality Assurance and Operations to align marketing activities with business goals.
