About the role
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will support Nisa Foundation’s major awareness and fundraising initiatives over an eight‑week summer contract. Working remotely, you will help plan, create and track multi‑channel campaigns that reach diverse audiences and promote the organization’s mission.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination of two flagship campaigns – Back to School and 16 Days of Activism – including timelines, briefs and content calendars.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Draft copy for landing pages, email newsletters, social media posts, paid ads and blog articles, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collect photos, stories and testimonials to enrich campaign content.
- Maintain trackers, prepare weekly status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of campaign processes.
Required profile
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, digital media, public relations or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with experience creating web and social content.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with sensitivity to culturally resonant messaging.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
