About the role

This senior position leads marketing analytics across complex digital ecosystems for a fast‑moving agency serving ecommerce and B2B clients. You will translate data into strategic decisions, improve measurement frameworks, and mentor a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and elevate analytics strategy across multiple client accounts, ensuring data drives clear business decisions.
• Lead complex analytics implementations, measurement frameworks, and troubleshooting for digital marketing ecosystems.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytics approaches, reporting systems, and actionable insights.
• Oversee analytics deliverables, guaranteeing consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to embed data‑driven decision‑making into ongoing marketing strategies.
• Mentor and develop analytics team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and analytics product development.
• Contribute to the broader analytics roadmap and shape service offerings and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing analytics strategy for ecommerce and/or B2B organizations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in analytics implementation and measurement challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in client‑facing environments, including team mentorship.
