About the role

On Purpose Media is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with its home‑services clients across North America. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and clients move from satisfaction to enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and expand client accounts through proactive campaign reviews and consistent customer service.
• Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns to meet performance targets and ROI expectations.
• Communicate media fundamentals—both traditional and non‑traditional—to clients in clear, simplified terms.
• Investigate and resolve campaign issues with accuracy and logical problem‑solving.
• Build rapport through timely follow‑up, fostering long‑term client relationships.
• Educate clients on campaign performance, delivering transparent reports and insights.
• Oversee overall project management for named accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
