Senior Product Marketing Manager – Growth

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform for self‑made business owners. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on product‑led growth to own the monetisation moments and directly influence revenue through usage‑based pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Own paywalls, upgrade prompts, plan comparison and trial messaging, ensuring the value proposition is clear at the right moment.
• Bring a go‑to‑market lens to product decisions, partnering with Product Management and Design to shape Relay’s path to monetisation.
• Maintain a consistent story across ads, pricing pages, onboarding screens and lifecycle emails.
• Lead customer and competitive insight work, translating findings into positioning and messaging.
• Design, run and analyse experiments; collaborate with Data to instrument key metrics.
• Navigate regulatory constraints early, working with Legal and Compliance as design inputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product or growth marketing experience, preferably in fintech or SMB‑focused startups.
• Demonstrated experience with product‑led growth (PLG) motions and usage‑based pricing.
• Strong experimentation skills: ability to size, run and evaluate tests.
• Excellent writing ability to craft data‑driven narratives that move metrics.
• Customer‑centric mindset, translating insights into resonant messaging and positioning.
