Manufacturing Operator – Nutella Biscuits Production

About the role
Ferrero is launching a new line of Nutella Biscuits and is looking for Production Operators to staff the preparation and moulding areas. You will join the first wave of operators, helping to start‑up and sustain production on a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment for raw material handling, mixing, forming, baking, dosing, assembling and cooling.
- Adjust and control process parameters such as temperature, timing and ingredient dosing to ensure product consistency.
- Perform in‑process quality checks and maintain visual standards throughout production.
- Minimize downtime by identifying issues and working with maintenance teams.
- Support line changeovers, cleaning and sanitation activities.
- Maintain housekeeping, traceability records and compliance with GMP, HACCP and ISO food‑safety standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
Required profile
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in preparation or moulding processes.
- Background in biscuit, baking or chocolate production is a strong asset.
- Flexibility to work rotating 8‑hour shifts and later a 12‑hour continental schedule.
- Willingness to participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
