Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to lead day‑to‑day logistics, procurement and inventory activities that support our innovative medical device business. The role ensures material flow from suppliers through manufacturing to final delivery, enabling the team to meet production and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, working with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to meet production schedules.
• Maintain compliance with import/export regulations, HS‑Code classification and country‑of‑origin documentation.
• Manage freight performance, negotiate with vendors and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, translating forecasts into build plans and procurement schedules.
• Oversee supplier relationships, contract administration, performance monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement Kanban, safety‑stock and min/max strategies to optimise cash flow and prevent stockouts.

Required profile

• Proactive thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience managing supply chain, logistics and procurement in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, sales and external partners.
