About the role
This fully remote position leads a dedicated Learning Services team to design, deliver, and continuously improve educational programs for new implementations and existing client environments. The role blends people leadership, instructional design, strategic planning, and operational management to drive customer success and organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Learning Services team, handling hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and professional development.
- Design, implement, and oversee customer training programs aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
- Create learning solutions using instructor‑led sessions, webinars, e‑learning, coaching, and job aids.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to improve learning effectiveness, utilization, and operational efficiencies.
- Evaluate training outcomes and learning effectiveness to continuously refine curriculum and delivery methods.
- Manage revenue forecasts, budgets, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships.
- Drive innovation by adopting modern training technologies, mentorship programs, and strategic development initiatives.
- Support conferences, workshops, and customer‑facing events through educational content development and facilitation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Training Manager, Learning Services Manager, or similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of the full learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience implementing enterprise learning strategies and managing training operations at scale.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and budgeting skills.
