Manager, Culture & Change

About the role

The Manager, Culture & Change leads the organization’s culture, transformation, and Diversity & Inclusion agenda. Reporting to the Director of Culture, Change, and Learning, this senior leader drives enterprise‑wide initiatives that align people, processes, and digital change with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver change management services for enterprise and project initiatives, including strategy, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness planning, resistance management, adoption, and sustainment.
• Provide advisory support to leaders, sponsors, and project teams to build change leadership capability and ensure organizational readiness.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of culture, engagement, inclusion, and employee experience programs.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of change professionals, coaching them across varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to influence decisions and create a high‑performing, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing enterprise‑wide transformation, culture, and inclusion initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and organizational readiness.
