Manager, Business Valuations and Corporate Finance

About the role

As a Manager in Business Valuations & Corporate Finance you will lead valuation engagements, quality of earnings and due diligence projects while delivering high‑quality client reports. You will also mentor staff, manage timelines and support business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various valuation methodologies.
• Lead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements.
• Prepare and present client deliverables such as valuation reports and databooks.
• Oversee engagement timelines and budgets to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.
• Manage, develop and mentor staff in their professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and participate in business development opportunities.
• Support partners in relationship management and practice development as needed.

Required profile

• CPA and CBV designation.
• Minimum 3 years of valuation experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven business development and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
