Management Consultant – Organizational Change (Calgary)

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant specialized in Organizational Change Management to join our Western Canada team in Calgary. The role will support clients across energy, utilities, public sector, technology and other complex industries as they undergo business, technology and AI‑enabled transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, transformation goals and organizational impacts.
• Apply structured problem‑solving, analytical thinking and executive communication to translate complex challenges into practical recommendations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption and sustainment plans.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to secure alignment, engagement and buy‑in.
• Facilitate workshops and other collaborative sessions to drive change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a management consultant leading successful change management initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and drive change across all organisational levels.
• Local to Calgary and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and agentic AI and their impact on people, processes and operating models.
