About the role
The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division (HVPD) of UAP is looking for a results‑driven Major Accounts Manager to lead and grow key regional and national accounts across Ontario. You will be the primary point of contact for major customers in the transport, construction and farming sectors, ensuring strong relationships and sustained revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of major accounts, from setup through ongoing development.
- Design and execute regional and national account programs that drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with store managers, operations managers, outside sales representatives and product management to align strategies.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support cross‑functional initiatives to improve program efficiency.
- Monitor account performance, analyse results and recommend strategic improvements.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of business development or account management experience, preferably in heavy‑duty truck, trailer, automotive or related wholesale environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and influencing key decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, results‑oriented and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time with a valid driver’s licence and clean abstract.
