Maintenance Technician I – 3rd Shift

About the role

Allied Reliabiliy is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join the 3rd‑shift team supporting an industrial laundry facility. The role involves hands‑on work with a variety of equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on industrial processing equipment.
• Address safety concerns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Carry out indoor and outdoor housekeeping related to the maintenance area.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and keep accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English and interpret blueprints.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Physical ability to stand up to 7 hours during an 8‑hour shift.

Required skills

• Industrial equipment repair (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Preventive/predictive maintenance techniques.
• Blueprint reading.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Boiler knowledge.
• HVAC experience.
• Welding – MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing.
