Maintenance Operations Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Operations Manager will lead the upkeep and efficient functioning of commercial facilities within an urban manufacturing and warehouse environment. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure that all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations of commercial facilities.
• Prepare reports and statistics related to maintenance activities.
• Recommend products or services based on client needs.
• Develop and implement schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and equipment systems.
• Resolve product and service related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Organize and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Supervise a team of more than 20 personnel.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in maintenance or operations management.
• Experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong oral communication, organization, reliability and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
