About the role

WhiteWater is seeking a Lead for Development Engineering to drive the creation of innovative water‑park products. Working in a product‑focused environment, you will guide a cross‑functional team from concept through commercialization, ensuring each product meets the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a core team of engineers, designers, and technicians to develop new products using best‑practice processes.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for each product.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the development phase and serve as the primary point of contact for the product.
• Ensure compliance with WhiteWater’s Stage‑Gate process, safety, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare and oversee engineering documentation and design reviews.
• Participate in prototype testing, risk evaluation, cost analysis, and time‑to‑market assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional product development teams.
• Strong understanding of product design, release procedures, and Stage‑Gate methodology.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
