Logistics Sales Executive – 3PL (Mississauga)

About the role

Fuze Logistics Services is looking for a National Account Executive to join its Mississauga office. The role focuses on expanding the company’s 3PL client base, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring profitable pricing for freight services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through existing accounts and cold‑calling prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner.
• Act as an intermediary between customers and internal CSR teams to guarantee accurate and profitable pricing.
• Assist with carrier portfolio management, building strong carrier relationships and matching preferred lanes with freight.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 3PL environment with an existing book of business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in transportation/logistics.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who is disciplined, persistent, and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
