About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Oldcastle, ON. In this permanent, full‑time position you will be responsible for ensuring smooth flow of supplies and accurate order processing while supporting production and warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Compile customer orders and instructions.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and suggest improvements for productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units and manage traffic flow of supplies.
- Monitor production progress and prepare progress reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory records.
- Arrange shipping documentation and track goods in transit.
Required profile
- High school graduation certificate.
- 2–3 years of logistics or related experience.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with strong attention to detail.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, organized and reliable.
- Knowledge of Korean is an asset.
