Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our supply chain. You will act as the bridge between clients, carriers, warehouses and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments, confirming appointments, arrivals and deliveries.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal contracted pricing.
• Prepare all required shipping documentation.
• Liaise with customers, carrier partners and internal departments to coordinate shipments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Arrange special shipping requirements when needed.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks before and after shipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and databases.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service requests.
• Carry out additional tasks related to logistics operations.
