Legal Operations Specialist (Senior)

About the role

SpotHero is seeking a proactive Legal Operations Specialist to join its growing Legal & Compliance team. The role will act as the operational backbone, driving efficiency, cost management, and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation and process‑standardisation opportunities for the Legal & Compliance team.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, project‑manage, and roll out legal and compliance initiatives, including template and playbook processes.
• Lead change‑management efforts, providing training and enablement for new tools and procedures.
• Manage financial aspects such as invoice processing, budget monitoring, and cost‑saving analysis.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, Revenue, Marketing, People and other internal partners.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend continuous improvements.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technology solutions to support legal operations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion.

Required skills

• Experience with process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Project management experience in a legal or compliance environment.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools and platforms.
