Legal Officer

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Legal Officer to protect our legal interests and ensure full regulatory compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide sound legal guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese corporate, commercial, labor, real‑estate and retail laws.
- Manage corporate risk and advise on legal aspects of business decisions and strategy.
- Liaise with state agencies, external counsel, and the Group’s Legal Director.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a legal role.
- In‑depth knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, commercial, labor, real‑estate and retail law.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
