Legal Consultant – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Consultant to join our AI‑focused team on a part‑time, contract basis. Working remotely, you will help shape the legal framework that powers our machine‑learning models and ensure that all generated content meets the highest standards of compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft high‑quality, “golden response” contracts and policy documents for AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Monitor and review AI‑generated outputs, providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum experience in transactional or compliance law, especially with template‑intensive workflows.
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
