Lease Portfolio Specialist – Full-Time

About the role

The Lease Portfolio Specialist will analyze existing lease portfolios, engage guests before lease end, and present renewal options. This role works closely with product advisors, sales managers and financial service teams to ensure a smooth renewal and delivery process while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of new vehicle models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing the current lease portfolio to identify renewal opportunities.
• Contacting guests prior to lease end to schedule vehicle inspections.
• Presenting lease renewal options and addressing guest questions or special requests.
• Collaborating with Product Advisors, Sales Managers, and Financial Service Office managers throughout appraisal and delivery.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of new vehicle features and model line‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with prior sales experience.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a good driving record.
