Learning and Development Manager

About the role
ConeTec is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to build and lead its learning ecosystem. This newly created position will design and deliver programs that support frontline staff and leaders, while partnering with regional HR and managers to create effective onboarding experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and continuously improve learning programs aligned with business, safety and performance goals.
- Create structured career pathways for technical, field and leadership roles.
- Develop leadership and management curricula for emerging and experienced people leaders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance inclusive leadership capabilities and support succession planning.
- Produce practical, job‑relevant training for field and operational teams in partnership with Operations, Safety and subject‑matter experts.
- Own and manage ConeTec’s Learning Management System, establishing metrics to track completion, effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate environment.
- Strong partnership skills with HR, operations and senior leadership.
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable learning initiatives.
- Experience managing an LMS and using data to drive improvements.
