Lead Qualification Representative

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Lead Qualification Representative to contact property owners about rental‑guarantee insurance options. This high‑volume outbound‑calling position works from an automatic dialer and focuses on qualifying prospects and transferring interested owners to sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer and follow approved scripts.
• Explain rental‑guarantee insurance, confirm qualification information, and identify interest.
• Handle objections, questions, and opt‑out requests professionally.
• Obtain permission and perform warm live transfers to sales representatives, staying on the line until the transfer is accepted.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions in the CRM and schedule callbacks when needed.

Required profile

• Three or more years of high‑volume outbound‑calling experience with measurable performance targets.
• Strong spoken and written English, excellent listening and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to remain calm, resilient, and professional during continuous calling and rejection.
• Full‑time availability during EST business hours and a private professional remote workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with automatic dialers (e.g., Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode).
• Proficiency using a CRM while actively calling.
• Accurate call‑disposition documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.
