Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)

About the role

AlgaeCal is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work from home, supporting customers who have concerns about their bone health. The centre is open seven days a week until 5pm PST, and the schedule consists of five consecutive days, tailored to the business's needs and rarely changing; applicants must be flexible to work the fixed schedule, with example rotations such as Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, and availability for one weekend day.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about the products and bone health, acting as a knowledge base
• Listen actively and help customers make an informed decision about AlgaeCal
• Support customers by email and phone
• Process orders and returns
• Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
• Update interaction records, process customer accounts and file documents

Required profile

• Solid customer service background
• Passion for natural health
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle administrative tasks
• Organized, humble, critical thinker, multi-tasker and open to feedback
