Customer Services Representative – Housing Services

About the role

The Canadian Forces Housing Agency is seeking Customer Services Representatives to provide front‑line housing support to Canadian Armed Forces members and their families. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and managing housing allocations across multiple locations in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, email and in‑person inquiries from applicants, tenants, contractors and co‑workers.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair appointments, process work orders and assign them to local contractors.
• Allocate or recommend allocation of residential housing units and maintain the applicant wait‑list.
• Administer day‑to‑day tenant requirements, including handling complaints that require immediate action.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Canada as a citizen or permanent resident.
• Ability to work on‑site in one of the listed locations and willingness to relocate if necessary.
• Reliability Status security clearance (or ability to obtain one).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and database tools for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Experience handling customer service communications via phone and email.
