Customer Service Representative – Autobody & Glass

About the role

Crown Auto Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Crown Autobody & Glass location in Winnipeg. The role involves being the first point of contact for autobody repair customers and guiding them through the claim and repair process. After a 90‑day training period you will use multiple computer systems to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Guide customers in person, online and by phone through the claim and repair process, setting appointments and explaining the MPI process.
• Collaborate with production, parts and MPI teams to provide timely updates on vehicle status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely claim documentation.
• Collect payments and signatures as required.
• Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery and explain completed repairs.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Detail‑oriented, positive and energetic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate a manual transmission.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to operate multiple computer applications.
