Lead, Program Governance & Enablement

About the role

The Lead, Program Governance & Enablement is an individual contributor role within the Integration Management Office (IMO) in Toronto, working directly with the Senior Director, Program Management. The incumbent leads assigned integration workstreams and initiatives, supports governance, reporting and program management, and produces executive materials and insights for leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex integration workstreams and cross-functional initiatives, keeping milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables on track, and escalate issues to leadership
• Create executive presentations, reports and governance materials, using AI tools to speed research and reporting
• Coordinate governance processes, meeting materials, timelines and executive submissions, and track decisions, actions and follow-up
• Manage and enhance the program management platform, build dashboards and reporting views, and drive automation and AI-enabled reporting
• Maintain centralized tracking of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions, with exception reporting
• Consolidate reporting on contracts, Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), synergies, benefits and value-capture initiatives, partnering with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technology and delivery teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, consulting, strategy, governance, integration management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Strategy, Technology or a related discipline
• Proven experience developing executive presentations, management reporting and coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Organized, analytically strong, able to structure problems, work through ambiguity and influence stakeholders
