Lead Product Manager - Technical (Cloud Infrastructure)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical to drive the development of cloud‑infrastructure platforms within its Services Enablement & Transformation team. In this senior role you will translate business challenges into clear, structured product initiatives and guide cross‑functional teams from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a cloud‑native product strategy and multi‑quarter roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical requirement clarification and solution discussions with engineering leads and architects.
• Challenge designs and requirements to improve quality, accelerate delivery, reduce costs, and ensure long‑term maintainability.
• Document requirements using rules, workflow diagrams, and state transition tables for clear understanding.
• Own the definition and evolution of initiatives, epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with product strategy and architectural direction.
• Drive prioritisation decisions and trade‑offs at initiative, epic, and feature levels, balancing scope, risk, value, and delivery constraints.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure delivery readiness across one or more domains.
