Lead, Maintenance Training

About the role

The Lead, Maintenance Training will design, deliver and continuously improve technical training for EVR's maintenance operations. Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Training, this position supports safe, reliable and efficient maintenance practices while fostering a learning culture across the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.
• Design and develop standardized technical training programs across maintenance disciplines aligned with operational requirements.
• Create high‑quality learning materials that combine hands‑on technical instruction with theoretical knowledge.
• Supervise a team of training specialists at the CMm training campus.
• Develop and deliver structured training using specialized systems, including CDI Electrical Training tools.

Required profile

• Passionate about learning and able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong technical expertise in maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities, especially with apprentices and journeypersons.
• Commitment to operational excellence and safety leadership.
