About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Law Clerk to join its Global Legal Organization in Toronto. The role provides proactive, professional legal support to the Innovative Medicine business in Canada, working under the direction of the VP Law.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and template agreements.
- Support procurement contracting escalations and manage contract filing databases.
- Assist with litigation files, legal hold notices and compliance audits.
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues and make recommendations.
- Develop and improve standard legal procedures and processes.
- Support the Health Care Compliance Officer on HCC contracts and related oversight.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage diverse tasks.
- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Ability to work under varying timelines and deliver high‑quality results.
