Landscaping Supervisor – Outdoor Grounds Management

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor grounds team in Edmonton. You will oversee the planting, maintenance, and overall care of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high‑quality results for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns.
- Hire, supervise and schedule a crew of 5‑10 staff members.
- Plan and execute grounds maintenance programs.
- Provide technical advice to resolve work problems and improve property value.
- Schedule events, programs and related activities.
- Maintain accurate work records, logs and equipment maintenance.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work.
- Experience working in landscaping or related field.
