Biology Planner & Systems Support (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Biology Planner and Systems Support Coordinator to join BASF Agricultural Solutions in Canada. The role ensures accurate and timely planning of TPD team activities, supports annual research program planning, and communicates status to multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting of the TPD program and budget.
• Align and coordinate with TPD biologists to ensure high‑quality data collection and summarisation.
• Create AI‑driven tools and processes to improve biology data quality and team efficiency.
• Develop and extend data‑management and systems‑support tools in collaboration with global teams and external software providers.
• Lead training and adoption of system tools to boost team productivity.
• Build dashboards that visualise and simplify data for rapid decision‑making.
• Manage complexity across budgets, research projects, and contract research organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in Agricultural Sciences or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrix organisations and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leveraging digital solutions, AI, data visualisation and reporting tools to drive insights.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for technical presentations, training and stakeholder engagement.
