About the role
The company is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to lead outdoor planting, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction projects. You will work on site in all weather conditions, coordinating teams and ensuring high‑quality results.
Key responsibilities
- Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns and organize related activities.
- Plan, estimate and supervise labour, materials and construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including equipment repair and maintenance.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; resolve work problems and advise on productivity improvements.
Required profile
- Initiative and good judgement.
- Team player with flexibility.
Required skills
- Chain‑saw operation.
- Forklift operation.
- Small‑engine equipment operation.
- Sod cutter operation.
