Key Account Manager – Sobeys Quebec

About the role

The Key Account Manager for Sobeys Quebec will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets for PepsiCo Beverages Canada across major Sobeys banners such as IGA Quebec, Tradition, and Bonichoix. You will develop and execute customer business plans, align category strategies with client objectives, and drive growth in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the delivery of volume, net revenue, and margin objectives in line with corporate strategy.
• Manage information flow between key business contacts and continuously improve operating systems for effective execution.
• Translate business strategies into actionable plans that enhance brand positioning for consumers.
• Develop deep insight into customer strategies, business plans, and processes to optimise results.
• Coach and support a retail analyst, ensuring accurate reporting and data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in business.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with account management, including cross‑channel exposure.
• Strong strategic insight, business planning, conflict management, and finance acumen.
• Excellent selling, negotiating, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual in French and English.
