Junior QA Developer

About the role

CadMakers is looking for a Junior QA Developer to join its fast‑growing construction‑technology team. You will work closely with developers and product owners to ensure new features are reliable and meet quality standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily team meetings to provide status updates and share insights.
• Gather data, document processes, and create knowledge‑sharing materials for the QA team.
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver clear QA feedback.
• Assist with various tasks and projects to keep development pipelines running smoothly.
• Help troubleshoot bugs, generate reproducible steps, and track issues through their lifecycle.
• Investigate performance or functional glitches to identify root causes.
• Perform manual testing of product releases to verify quality before launch.
• Develop and follow structured testing plans to keep testing activities organized.

Required profile

• Resourceful problem‑solver who enjoys collaborating with a team.
• 1‑3 years of experience in QA or software development, or at least 4 months of hands‑on work.
• Eager to learn CadMakers’ QA processes and contribute from day one.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑mindset environment.
