Junior IT Coordinator – Frontline Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, detail‑driven Junior IT Coordinator to provide frontline technical support across our diverse group of companies. You will assist users, troubleshoot issues, update systems and help keep daily IT operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot network connections, printing problems and drive access issues.
• Maintain and support computers, cellphones and related devices.
• Install and configure software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Global Shop and Microsoft 365.
• Create new employee accounts, assign security groups and set appropriate permissions.
• Escalate complex problems to the System Administrator and coordinate with third‑party support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communication within the IT ticketing system.
• Perform regular asset reviews and manage computer inventory.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about providing excellent user support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established timeframes.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or outside regular business hours for system maintenance.
• Good communication skills for clear interaction with employees and IT teams.
