AI Native Development Lead

About the role

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers are seeking an AI Native Development Lead to design, build, and operate enterprise‑grade AI agents that augment workflows across modern cloud infrastructure. You will work directly with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping the global playbook for AI‑native development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, and lifecycle observability.
• Create abstraction layers across multiple AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for seamless integration.
• Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct design workshops, proofs of concept, and code‑with sessions to drive client adoption.
• Define metrics and test harnesses to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years developing cloud‑native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 5+ years programming in Python or Java and deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to lead technical workshops.
